Will's themed playlists and choreography in his classes feel like it’s a party on the bike while everyone gets their sweat on! Always encouraging people of all ages, he shows that change is possible to get and stay healthy. His classes are challenging while still fun. Will motivates his clients to take responsibility for their own health and take the necessary steps to be healthy. His high level of energy and enthusiasm is contagious. He believes exercise should be fun, and his classes are structured that way to ensure that everyone has a great workout, has fun, and leaves class with a positive attitude. He truly puts the “club” in Club & Cycle with his hip-hop and dance playlists.

Listen, it's no secret that obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes runs rampant in the black community. Close to home it is also a struggle within my own family. I read a study that said the African Americans are 7% less fit than others. I definitely fell in that category and didn't feel happy with myself. In 2010 my doctor told me I was borderline diabetic as well as on the verge of being placed on high blood pressure medicine. I would not accept that, so I made a change in my life by caring more about my body.

All bikes are spaced safely apart and are cleaned before and after class with a disinfectant machine.
Cycle instructors use their own unique training and experiences to bring this class to life. The instructor will take you through cardiovascular training techniques to help you achieve your goals whether you are a beginner or expert rider. The energy of this class will leave you feeling great all day long!
