Tonya 'Truth' Wigfall

Tonya aka Truth has always been true to herself, family, friends, and clients about overall health and fitness. As an avid fitness enthusiast, she enjoys lifting weights and running. She not only speaks about living a healthy lifestyle, but she also lives it and believes that when you enjoy what you do (like exercising), it is not work!

 

With several years of experience in all areas of the fitness industry to include becoming a MAD DOGG Athletics Spin Instructor, her passion grew earning a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. While she took a brief hiatus from teaching, she is “back like she never left” with a renewed energy and dedication to Club & Cycle and its members.

 

My “Y”: Before entering the fitness industry, I went through my own fitness and weight loss transformation. Attending step class regularly, I thought “I can do that”! So, my passion began as simply teaching aerobics and then evolved into personal training and fitness coaching. Over the years, I have built relationships, now friendships, that will last a lifetime. Who knew that being able to help people reach their health and fitness goals could be so rewarding!
