*CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time. 

Unlimited passes and yearly contract members:

An "early cancel" is anytime before the 6-hour cancellation window and will not affect your account thus you will not be charged a fee.

A "late cancel" is within 6 hours of the class' start time.

A "late cancel" will result in a $10 late cancellation fee and a "no show” will result in a fee equal to the cost of the class. Fees will be processed within 1-3 days of the class to the card on file.

**If there is not a credit card on file, the fee will be added to the account and classes cannot be taken until the fee is paid**.

Drop-in, First time, 5 Class, and 10 class pass holders:

An "early cancel" is anytime before the 6-hour cancellation window and will not affect your account and you will not lose a class from your pass.

A "late cancel" is within 6 hours of the class' start time.

A "late cancel" and/or "no-show" will result in losing the class credit.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

10 minutes is considered late.  Clients will not be permitted into class after 10 minutes of the class start time. A late arrival will result in losing the credit for the class. 

TEACHER / HIGH SCHOOL or FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT 30 DAY UNLIMITED PASS REQUIREMENT

Proof of employment / enrollment in school is required and ID MUST be either emailed prior to or presented to the front desk upon taking your FIRST class.

YEARLY CONTRACT

Details:

This is a 12-month contract for monthly automatic debiting that includes a yearly membership with the following benefits:

- There are three contract options: (1) unlimited cycling, (2) unlimited cycling and circuit , (3) unlimited cycling, circuit, and boxing  (excluding special events)

-Open gym. Open gym is free usage of the exercise equipment during business hours whenever a class is not in session in the warehouse

- extended time to cancel a class. Classes should be cancelled prior to the start of class to avoid the fees listed above

- free water (max two 16.9 oz bottles of Deer Park water per day)

- 15% off special events

- one free guest per month

- free admission for a private party

Payment Agreement Terms:

Yearly memberships are a 12-month contract requiring a credit card on file for automatic debiting. Payments for this yearly contract will automatically be debited from the credit card on file on the same day each month.

Cancellation Terms:

Any client-requested termination prior to 6 months of the contract start date will require management approval and 30-day written notification from the client. Any management-approved request for the client to terminate prior to 6 months of the contract start date will result in a one-time charge to the client’s credit card on file for the total savings that was realized by the client for each month that the contract was in effect.

There is no penalty fee for contract cancellations after 6 months of the contract start date.

ACTIVATION

All packages activate on the date it is purchased.

PACKAGE EXPIRATIONS

The expiration time frames are listed on our Pricing Page. Packages cannot be frozen or extended. For unique circumstances, contact Club & Cycle management at info@clubandcycle.com.
