Belinda 'Naturally Fit Bebe'

A passionate, energetic, committed, and go-hard or go home indoor cycling instructor and Co-Owner of Club & Cycle. She pushes you past your excuses out of your comfort zone into your journey of becoming fit, healthy and disciplined. She truly cares about every client that walks into her class stopping at nothing until her class is the best part of your day! She brings out the best in you through sprints, HIIT, push-ups, tap backs, heavy climbs, & more...all skillfully choreographed to the beat of the hottest music! Guaranteed club bangers and calorie burners! One class, one client, one calorie at a time...all you have to do is show up, she will take care of the rest!
 
MY “Y”: I suffer from depression and anxiety.  I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Spin is medicine for my mind and my blessing because it allows me to do high intensity exercises with minimal impact to my joints.
 
I strive to be an example of how to overcome adversity to live your best life.

  • Club Circuit is a consecutive series of timed strength training exercises, for all fitness levels, targeting the entire body, performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest in between each exercise. This class will boost your mood and metabolism while strengthening and sculpting your body in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

  • Theme Week - Pedal & Push It : Hip Hop Edition

  • CLUB & CYCLE SPIN
  • All bikes are spaced safely apart and are cleaned before and after class with a disinfectant machine.
     
    Cycle instructors use their own unique training and experiences to bring this class to life. The instructor will take you through cardiovascular training techniques to help you achieve your goals whether you are a beginner or expert rider. The energy of this class will leave you feeling great all day long!

  • Belly Blaster Butt Builder Circuit
  • Get ready to torch calories and tone up in our intense "Belly Blaster Butt Builder" circuit class! This high-energy workout is designed to target your core and glutes with muscle-sculpting strength exercises. You'll go through a series of dynamic movements that challenge every muscle in your abs and glutes, including planks, squats, lunges, and more. Whether you're looking to flatten your belly, lift your butt, or simply sweat it out, this class will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications available.
