Belinda 'Naturally Fit Bebe' McGlotten

A passionate, energetic, committed, and go-hard or go home indoor cycling instructor and Co-Owner of Club & Cycle. She pushes you past your excuses out of your comfort zone into your journey of becoming fit, healthy and disciplined. She truly cares about every client that walks into her class stopping at nothing until her class is the best part of your day! She brings out the best in you through sprints, HIIT, push-ups, tap backs, heavy climbs, & more...all skillfully choreographed to the beat of the hottest music! Guaranteed club bangers and calorie burners! One class, one client, one calorie at a time...all you have to do is show up, she will take care of the rest!
 
MY “Y”: I suffer from depression and anxiety.  I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Spin is medicine for my mind and my blessing because it allows me to do high intensity exercises with minimal impact to my joints.
 
I strive to be an example of how to overcome adversity to live your best life.

Will "Mr. TNT" Matthews

Will's themed playlists and choreography in his classes feel like it’s a party on the bike while everyone gets their sweat on! Always encouraging people of all ages, he shows that change is possible to get and stay healthy. His classes are challenging while still fun. Will motivates his clients to take responsibility for their own health and take the necessary steps to be healthy. His high level of energy and enthusiasm is contagious. He believes exercise should be fun, and his classes are structured that way to ensure that everyone has a great workout, has fun, and leaves class with a positive attitude. He truly puts the “club” in Club & Cycle with his hip-hop and dance playlists.
 
MY “Y”: Why not?
 
Listen, it's no secret that obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes runs rampant in the black community. Close to home it is also a struggle within my own family. I read a study that said the African Americans are 7% less fit than others. I definitely fell in that category and didn't feel happy with myself. In 2010 my doctor told me I was borderline diabetic as well as on the verge of being placed on high blood pressure medicine. I would not accept that, so I made a change in my life by caring more about my body.

Club Circuit is a consecutive series of timed strength training exercises, for all fitness levels, targeting the entire body, performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest in between each exercise. This class will boost your mood and metabolism while strengthening and sculpting your body in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.
