  • CLUB CIRCUIT
  • Club Circuit is a consecutive series of timed strength training exercises, for all fitness levels, targeting the entire body, performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest in between each exercise. This class will boost your mood and metabolism while strengthening and sculpting your body in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

  • Club & Cycle for Beginners
  • All bikes are spaced safely apart and are cleaned before and after class with a disinfectant machine.
     
    This class is created for beginners but all are welcome. Emphasis will be placed on bike set-up, safety, and proper form.
     
    Club & Cycle instructors use their own unique training and experiences to bring this class to life. The instructor will take you through cardiovascular training techniques to help you achieve your goals whether you are a beginner or expert rider. The energy of this class will leave you feeling great all day long!
