Will's themed playlists and choreography in his classes feel like it’s a party on the bike while everyone gets their sweat on! Always encouraging people of all ages, he shows that change is possible to get and stay healthy. His classes are challenging while still fun. Will motivates his clients to take responsibility for their own health and take the necessary steps to be healthy. His high level of energy and enthusiasm is contagious. He believes exercise should be fun, and his classes are structured that way to ensure that everyone has a great workout, has fun, and leaves class with a positive attitude. He truly puts the “club” in Club & Cycle with his hip-hop and dance playlists.

Listen, it's no secret that obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes runs rampant in the black community. Close to home it is also a struggle within my own family. I read a study that said the African Americans are 7% less fit than others. I definitely fell in that category and didn't feel happy with myself. In 2010 my doctor told me I was borderline diabetic as well as on the verge of being placed on high blood pressure medicine. I would not accept that, so I made a change in my life by caring more about my body.

MY “Y”: I suffer from depression and anxiety. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Spin is medicine for my mind and my blessing because it allows me to do high intensity exercises with minimal impact to my joints.

Alexa’s quiet nature is the complete opposite of the energy her classes entail. Her goal is to ensure her class is worth your time and energy. She helps you meet your health and fitness goals while having a good time. Her rides are a full-body workout focusing on your core, strength building, arms, abs, and endurance. In line with keeping the workout enjoyable, she is confident her music selection will help you push through with the latest hip-hop and R&B, plus fan favorites from the 90’s. Alexa will push you to limits you didn’t know you could achieve, but it will make your story that much better in the end.
MY “Y”: Physical fitness is just a precursor to overall health. It plays a part in mental and emotional health as well. If I can play a part in someone feeling better about who they are holistically, I feel like I've done my part.
